Whilst most of our clients can use existing space for their requirements it is not always the case and as this client found out you simply have to move to completely new premises.
The client’s main concerns were how the project would incur on production times and as we are all aware downtime of any sort in a factory environment is unacceptable
I P SITE SOLUTIONS were called in to give advice and to plan complete factory relocation over two weekend periods as to cause as little disruption as possible to our clients workforce and production.
When this project was completed on time the workforce was able to commence work as planned and all clients’ requirements were met in full.
Since the project was finished we have been asked for advice on other material handling problems they have within their new premises and I P SITE SOLUTIONS were again able to plan and install a complete new conveyor system and again help production within clients unit.
We are at the moment looking at other projects with this client and I P SITE SOLUTIONS are confident we can again find the solution our client is looking for.
Machinery Relocation
The project was to relocate two injection moulding machines from factory unit in South Wales
One machine was dismantled and shipped to Bulgaria and another was dismantled and relocated to new position within the factory.
All services such as water, air and electrics were disconnected and then reconnected to clients specifications.
Project was completed on time with little disruption to production for the client
